Wall systems

The solid timber wall systems from DERIX consist of X-LAM (cross laminated timber), an innovative material made from at least three layers of sawn timber glued at right angles to each other. This construction method replaces conventional masonry and concrete and ideally complements timber frame construction elements.

X-LAM walls are characterised by their high load-bearing capacity and are custom-made according to your individual requirements. Unlike conventional components, they are not subject to fixed grid dimensions, which gives you maximum design freedom.

The solid timber walls leave the factory with an extremely high degree of prefabrication, which significantly shortens the construction time. Thanks to on-time delivery directly to the construction site, the walls can be assembled quickly and easily. This means you benefit from an efficient construction process and high quality that meets modern building requirements.
